The new magic number of 2,118 delegates to nominate is here and now that Michigan and Florida have been seated via compromise, it appears we have a nominee, even though we have a fractured party. So I spent this past weekend thinking about a new business and T-shirt ideas for this coming week announcing the end of the primaries… so in the spirit of healing and with apologies to Letterman and crew, here are my top 10 Democratic T-Shirt ideas.

10. My Senator Can Beat Your Senator (especially for those thinking a NY Yankees vs. Chicago Cubs World Series could signal a rematch?)

9.  Elect America’s Second Black President

8.  Retire Billary’s Debt, Donate Directly to the Mark Penn Rehabilitation Fund

7. Chelsea for President 2024

6. I’ll Have Whatever Terry’s Having (said in ‘When Harry Met Sally’ next table reaction to an orgiastic Meg Ryan at Terry McAuliffe’s never accepting the premise of any statement saying Hillary was toasted).

5. Bush v Clinton Steel Cage Match Live (that would be Chelsea v Jeb)

4. My Mom Got 17-Million Votes and all I Got Was This Stinking T-Shirt

3. Don’t Mess with Mama Michelle

2. VP my Ass!

and number new T-shirt slogan

1… Obama Delegates Trump Mugabe Maths

I dunno, some of them could work over the next few months. Everybody catch your breath and we’ll see you in Denver!
